Install attached zip file on the HMI (Easier with keyboard and mouse, otherwise swipe screen to the right then you have access to the windows screen.)

Run the exe file and send a picture with user ID and PW..

The install the remote access software for future usage, which will allow us to watch your screen while you are working with it. Software updates etc.
