After scanning the profile of the wheel and starting the cutting process it might occur that it starts cutting the profile which is going upwards, but doesn't touch when the profile goes downwards. This is due to the wrong calibration. If the distance between the laser and cutting tip is measured wrong, it starts removing material from one part of the profile and doesn't even touch the profile going in the opposite direction.
