If a Preak Or Slope is detected the HMI software can have been blocked in the firewall. It's important that HMI software have acess to the all EcoStruxure runtimes. 

A laser that shows a linear curve with no data should indicate that the signal gets blocked by the firewall. Some times this shows as a Preak Or Slope Detected (SEE PICTURE).

• This can be fixed by going to Windows Defender Firewall and pressing advanced settings
• Then make sure everything with the EcoStruxure is allowed the connection
