WM800 – WR-DCM3

Setting up the machine

  1. Move display to correct position. Dismount the hanger (two M6 screws) and move/mount the hanger to the prepared holes at the side of the chassis.
  2. Mount the supplied side cover. (six M6 screws)
  3. Level the machine by adjusting machine shoes, depending on the floor level.
  4. We highly recommend a stable internet connection to perform remote service and updates.

WM700 – Alloy Wheel Blast Cabinet and Filtration

Setting up the machine

  1. Open the electric board and execute the connection of the electric input
  2. Connect the compressed air input in dehumidifier filter on the backside of the cabinet. We suggest you connect it with a tube of Ø 1/2"to avoid harmful pressure loss.
  3. Apply the filter bag on the exit (Ø mm.100) of the exhaust fan or cyclone (if assembled), tighten around the clip in dotation
  4. In the case the machine is complete with filter cabinet, proceed with a connection like indicated on the instruction manual.

 

Before starting, after having done the above-mentioned connection, be sure that the air that arrived from the line is clean and without humidity. In case the dehumidifier filter on the machine is not enough to bring the purpose, it will be necessary to put on the back a drier filter or a refrigerator. Then assure you that pieces introduced in the cabinet are clean from water and/or oil.

Facility hardware

  • Power Supply: Triphase line 380Volt/50Hz + Neutro + T, 2KVA for electric connectio
  • Air: 780 lt/1’ with pressure of 7 bar (with standard nozzle of Ø mm.8).

Setting up the machine

  1. Placed on to flat surface, and remove the wooden pallet
  2. Make sure that the it is placed that away from other machines, wall, objects.
