Note: Prior to unpacking it is very important to mark all type of damages from the package itself on the delivery note and make pictures of the damages if any.

1. Cut the plastic strips around the carton packing

2. Remove the top cover

3. Remove the side panels

4. Cut the tape to remove the plexiglass side panels from the back of the machine

5. Use a manual fork lifter to put the machine in place.

Note there must be ca. 30 cm behind the machine for access to the electrical panel

6. Take the carton box with components and electric cables out of the machine

7. Lift the machine in the highest possible position using the fork lifter

8. Screw in the 4 feet under the machine making sure they are lower than the pallet

9. Lower down the fork lifter so the machine stands on its feet and remove the pallet from underneath the machine

10. Put the fork lifter without the pallet under the machine and put it in the highest position possible

11. Screw in the feet until the lowest possible position

12. Screw down/up the feet of the machine to level the machine horizontally

13. Lower down the fork lifter and pull it from underneath the machine to make the machine stands on its feet. Make sure all feet are in firm contact to the floor

14. Remove the top and bottom screws from the bracket which hold the HMI screen and carefully place the screen on the roof of the machine (screen facing up!)

15. Remove the 2 screws holding the bracket and mount it again at the side of the machine using the same bolts

16. Mount the HMI screen inside the bracket

17. Unpack the Plexiglass side panels and remove the protection foil from both sides

18. Mount the plexiglass side windows on both sides of the machine using the vacuum tool with 6 screws. Make sure the Wheel Restore logo can be read from the
